Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys went the other way. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.

Platforms

Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers pick one platform. Access to both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That should make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is the area where this broker stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says something about priorities.

Put together that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

This is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You fund your account, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before funding.
